(hereinafter referred to as "Borui Si") participated in this grand event and launched its new product RAVIIS-300 Rapid Automatic Micro-particle Imaging Analysis System during the conference, "bringing semiconductor industrial-grade electron beam detection technology into the field of electron microscopy". The debut of RAVIIS-300 garnered significant attention from attending experts and teachers. On the 19th, at the tenth venue themed "Development and Application of Biomedical Electron Microscopy Technology", Dr. Fang Wei, founder and CEO/CTO of Borui Si, delivered an impressive report titled "From Semiconductors to Life Sciences - High-speed Automatic Image Detection of Micro-particles and Artificial Intelligence Detection Technology".

In his report, Dr. Fang Wei focused on introducing Borui Si's latest products: the RAVIIS-300 Rapid Automatic Micro-particle Imaging Analysis System and the high-throughput (field emission) scanning electron microscope SEMNova-1000.

The RAVIIS-300 is the first single-beam field emission scanning transmission electron microscope in China, achieving a high imaging speed of 2×100M/s. It features both bright field and dark field channels, fully automatic sample loading, and can perform continuous image acquisition for 24 hours a day over seven days. In terms of resolution, RAVIIS-300 does not pursue extremes but positions itself at 1nm. The 50kV electron gun not only reduces material costs but also minimizes sample loss, ensuring broad applications for biological samples.

The unique immersive electromagnetic compound lens system of RAVIIS-300 allows for rapid switching between large and small fields. This means users can first capture a low-resolution image of a large field and then switch to high-resolution images at any point. This technology not only ensures image quality but also significantly improves scanning efficiency. The modified sample platform can track information related to transportation, transfer, storage, etc. The patented vibration-free motion platform reduces noise generated by vibrations, thereby improving image resolution. In terms of software, RAVIIS-300 has enhanced real-time processing capabilities with AI; scanning and image processing occur simultaneously, saving users a lot of time.
